The health product landscape can be intimidating.

If you’ve ever searched for anything health-related on Amazon, you’ll know what I’m talking about. You get a million results. Some are cheap. Some are expensive. You have no idea what works well or which brands to trust.

Over the past decade, I’ve tried a bunch of foods (many were disgusting), bought countless gadgets (many were useless), read dozens of books, listened to thousands of hours of podcasts, and downloaded more apps than I’d care to admit.

I’ve compiled all my years of self-study and product hunting into a comprehensive list without any fluff or filler so you can save yourself the 10+ years of trial and error I went through.
